Series D fintech startup at the forefront of financial innovation is looking for a top-notch Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This dynamic role is an exciting opportunity for someone to engage directly with high-level Executives and contribute to impactful projects beyond the core administrative function! In this role, you'll be instrumental in maximizing the CEO's effectiveness, ensuring they are focused on top priorities, while also providing light support to the Chief Business Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer. Someone with experience supporting high-level Execs who is adept at navigating the complexities of a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a keen sense of urgency and prioritization. This hybrid role is Monday through Thursday in-office based in Union Square in NYC. 140-180K+ DOE + equity, comprehensive benefits, and unlimited PTO.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively and strategically manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring alignment with priorities and schedule.
- Assist with inbox management for the CEO, including scheduling and email coordination. Coordinate and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Book travel and create detailed itineraries.
- Oversee project management tasks to support various initiatives.
- Provide calendar management and scheduling assistance to the Chief Business Officer, ensuring efficient time management in a highly demanding schedule, as well as light support to the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Product Officer,
- Offer minimal personal support with a focus on a proactive attitude and a willingness to complete necessary tasks.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with minimal oversight.
- Maturity to handle stress and chaos, maintaining calm and clarity in high-pressure situations.
- Energized by working in a fast-paced environment, with a keen intuition for prioritizing tasks and managing shifting schedules.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in scheduling, where precision is critical.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Resilience in dynamic environments, remaining composed when plans change unexpectedly.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage tasks from concept to completion.
- High degree of responsiveness and proactivity, with the flexibility to address urgent matters after hours when necessary.
- Comfortable with upward communication and effectively managing relationships with senior executives.
