WellSpan is currently seeking a full-time BC/BE Academic Internist to join our established practice in York.
Position Highlights:
- WellSpan York Hospital was recently named a Top 50 Teaching Hospital in the US
- Outpatient IM teaching practice
- Mix of teaching and clinical responsibilities
- Physician will precept WellSpan IM residents
- Ideal candidate will be a good cultural fit, flexible and adaptable to change
- Telemedicine experience required
- Monday - Friday schedule; Call Rotation
- Suburban office with access to on-site lab and imaging
- Collegial group of providers that includes 9 full-time core faculty members

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses:
- Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Upon Hire Required and
- Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of the Hospital. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Administrative skills.
