BAE Systems Intelligence division is searching for a Lead ICAM Operations Administrator to join us supporting an IT effort with the FBI located in Washington DC.
As a Lead ICAM Operations Administrator the expectation is to create, produce, and maintain ticketing system reports and metrics reports. Responsible for providing reports on a scheduled basis as well as an ad-hoc basis. Will be responsible for providing reports on a scheduled basis as well as an ad-hoc basis. Will be responsible for creating and maintaining new Service Level Agreements. Identify gaps in workflow processes and present plausible solutions to government management/leads/staff. Analyze and assess customer service requests and provide prompt technical solutions. Prepare and submit progress, status and ad hoc reports to management and team leads, as required. Utilize troubleticketing software for opening/updating/closing tickets in a timely and appropriate manner. Identify and document areas for process improvements. Contact and effectively communicate with users by telephone, electronic communications, or in person. Analyzes the results of workflow plans, monitors the operating system(s) and recommends changes to improve processing and utilization. Provides technical guidance for planning, directing, and monitoring information systems operations.
Plans and recommends machine modifications or additional equipment to increase the capacity of
the system.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations of the ICAM systems, ensuring consistent performance.
Monitor system logs and activities for anomalies and security incidents.
Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within the ICAM framework.
Coordinate with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with FBI policies.
Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.

Required Skills and Education
In order to be successful in this position must possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on identity and access management.
- Strong understanding of ICAM principles, PKI, and multifactor authentication.
- Familiarity with incident response and security monitoring tools.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
