This is a 1.0FTE (80 hours/2 weeks) on the day shift! This role will be the face of the new Home Infusion Consulting business. This individual will engage local/regional/national home infusion clinics/providers to promote and generate demand for consultant services. They will be responsible for identifying target clinics/hospitals/provider groups and prioritizing efforts in order to maximize business growth.

Responsibilities Job Description

  • Responsible for sales activities directly to the customer. Activities include Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions. Developing and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations
  • Business development activities, including the development of alliance/channel/network partnerships. Pricing research and strategy
  • Present to and navigate C-Suite
  • Present and display at national conferences
  • Manage activity, provide information about health system services and providers, utilizing various reporting tools and resources within MHealth Fairview
  • Responsible for the strategic implementation, management and reporting of an annual service/sales plan based on identified service lines, markets, initiatives and projects
  • Represent the organization at community engagement and marketing events
  • Provide account management services to clients engaged in consulting agreements with FPS. Ensure ongoing positive client relationship to support profitable business division and success in meeting client expectations:
    • Manage day-to-day client interaction through appropriate verbal and written communication; establish, document and manage client expectations; build a knowledge base of client business, organization and objectives.
    • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively; conduct regular status meetings; keep teams well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news; effectively communicate relevant information to superiors; deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations; resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion; Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
    • Identify business development and "add-on" revenue opportunities; lead proposal efforts including scope and assessments
  • Provide project management to clients that foster development of strategic initiatives identified in the client-specific statement of work:
    • Manage projects to ensure success including Implement and direct the work plan with project team or participants; Oversee team assignments; Identify, communicate, track and resolve issues; Adjust schedule as necessary; Effectively coordinate activities and communication with identified team members and key stakeholders Identify resources needed for planning and implementation
    • Manage costs during planning and ensure efficient use of resources; Resolve resource conflicts - rearrange tasks, substitute resources, obtain additional help; Track resource performance to make sure project goals are met
    • Understand basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and make decisions; accordingly, understand pricing models and billing procedures; ensure legal documents are executed

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Health Care or related field.

3+ years of sales experience in clinics, hospitals, provider offices or similar settings
