Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis

Seeking candidates with:

• 15+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in FP&A.
• Strong leadership skills with a self-motivated, "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.
• Experience in large companies, with a preference for those with ERP implementation experience.
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
• Proven experience in scaling companies, driving change, and supporting growing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee strategic and annual business plans, quarterly and monthly forecast updates, predictive analytics, internal reporting, and performance management against projections.
• Drive budgeting processes, optimize expense management, and ensure that investments are suitably analyzed and operational costs are appropriately controlled.
• Create a culture of FP&A excellence, positioning the function as a strategic partner on financial matters.
