JOB SUMMARY: The Performance Analytics Manager will spearhead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to optimize performance across the organization. This pivotal role involves transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, enhance business processes, and elevate overall organizational efficiency.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and implement a robust performance management framework that includes key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and benchmarks to measure and track organizational success.
  • Lead the team in data collection, cleaning, and analysis, ensuring the extraction of meaningful insights to guide business decisions.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated data models and reporting systems that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop and disseminate regular performance reports and interactive dashboards to key stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through in-depth data analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging analytics technologies to continuously enhance the organization's analytics capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop the performance analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Conduct in-depth cross-functional analyses, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver optimal business outcomes.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: In Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience in performance analytics or a similar role.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with advanced proficiency in key computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Apple macOS.
  • Demonstrate superior organizational abilities, with a strong capacity for flexibility, maintaining confidentiality, and thriving as a collaborative team player.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously within fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
  • Extensive experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies, enabling effective data management and analysis.
