Position Description Summary
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include developing software based on requirements developed by Business Analysts to meet the needed business solution at enterprise, large-scale level. All work is within the application development framework used by the organization. Work performed by the Application Developer is in collaboration with a Business Analyst to meet the requirement of fulfilling the client's goals to implements the business solution. Proficiently execute the work using the tools and techniques implemented for the project. Work directly with Systems Architect to develop and implement new third-party applications, tools, and programming libraries to meet the business development goals of the client. Utilizes web-based software such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, Javascript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, and Web Based API in the building of software applications.
Skills & Experience:
Education:
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
Location(s): Performance and/or Off-Site. Personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other places of performance in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Security Clearances Required:
- Must have DoD Secret clearance
- Must have a relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)

Skills & Experience:
- 5 years total work experience developing software.
- Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
- Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
- Developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models, experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc. with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
- Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
- Must be experienced in the following or equivalent technologies:
- React for frontend components.
- Typescript
