Tepa Companies is actively seeking a Program Manager for our Environmental group. As a Program Manager, you will organize, coordinate, and oversee programs. You will also provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote organizational goals.

ABOUT THE JOB
Tepa Companies is actively seeking a Program Manager for our Environmental group. As a Program Manager, you will organize, coordinate, and oversee programs. You will also provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote organizational goals.
Job responsibilities include:
- Coordinates between multiple projects/Project Managers to support assigned program.
- Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Creates and manages long term goals of the program and coordinates with GM for impacts to the overall company business plan.
- Develops and controls deadlines, budgets, and program activities.
- Oversees and leads project managers and project teams.
- Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
- Implements and manages changes to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Works on program strategy with business development team.
- Leads strategic proposal efforts in coordination with technical staff, teaming partners, and business development team.
- Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status through life cycle.
- Assesses program performance and aims to maximizes ROI.
- Analyzes program risks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree engineering, environmental, business management, or a similar degree program
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the A/E/C or technology industries
- Capability of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of project financials
- Understanding of risk management policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, logical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Ability to perform at a high level under stringent project deadlines
- Ability to prioritize required tasks to meet multiple schedule deadlines
- Awareness of potential clients, competition, and teaming partners
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel
- Dedicated attention to detail
Preferred (not required):
- Master's degree in engineering, environmental, business management or similar
- PE, PG, and/or PMP
