Working model:: Hybrid Worker must be in office 2-3 days a week.

REQUIRED SHIFT:

*Position is standard 2-3 days a week in office, 10-25% limited travel to support training related to NEPA compliance, business meetings as needed.

Description

• Network Regulatory Specialist, reviews the administrative compliance record, to ensure regulatory construction approval is properly documented and works to ensure requirements have been met (Operating Procedures, FCC and FAA requirements).
• Completion of filing before during and after the Wireless Construction Phases of deployment.
• Works with cross functional field teams with broad scope to ensure compliance guidance is communicated identified and action is taken to ensure field team delivers.
• Reviews data and files with FAA and FCC as needed, requests corrections to errors to ensure data integrity.

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage various network deployment projects and project phases: regulatory construction implementation (review regulatory docs: CDs, Station Records, FAA, FCC Filings, NEPA/NHPA reports) Review documentation for accuracy and quality to ensure a timely completion all regulatory filings. Works with multiple teams to ensure issues are addressed. May provide consultation to cross functional teams to ensure best practices are shared nationally.
• Manage regulatory inbound and outbound work/documentation related to the development of multiple, wireless infrastructure projects (Macro, Fiber, Small Cell, In-building). Provide weekly status updates, resolving issues and driving progress, timely review of market implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure best practices are developed and implemented. Resolve disputes and escalations with long term network goals in mind.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Ability to manage workload with limited supervision
• Must be an active learner, with proven track record.
• Critical thinker with the ability to apply different scenarios logically to a host of use cases.
• Experience with Wireless Telecom Regulatory & Construction.
• Awareness of with FCC ASR requirements, FAA ASN filing requirements, NEPA/NHPA for (Wireless).
• Ability to travel for work related activities up to 25% for training or to support offsite meetings (10% generally as needed).
• Excellent Verbal and Written skills
• Google Suite/Sheets 3-6 years

• This person has been to a Cell Site and understands the compliance needs for the FCC and the wireless industry.
• This person will drive results, provide updates and will be able to defuse hostile situations with win-win solutions supported by sound business case logic. Ability to work in, Fuze, Google Workspace. With proficiency in (Google Sheets or Excel) ability to preform project management activities, and managing details and large data sets.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelors Degree or 2-5 years relevant experience
