About Your Role

As Leader of Credentialing Implementations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the credentialing delivery operations for QGenda Credentialing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the delivery of QGenda's software platform to QGenda's credentialing customers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our processes are efficient, accurate, to ensure our customers meet and achieve regulatory and compliance standards, utilizing QGenda's credentialing software platform. You will oversee a team of credentialing software implementation specialists.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Serve as the first point of escalation on behalf of their team internally or for our customers
  • Support and implement CX and corporate initiatives
  • Responsible for an individual function or a specific division within a function
  • Responsible for team performance metrics and reporting
  • Assist with business review preparation
  • Responsible for headcount management for the team
  • Responsible for all HR aspects of employee management (including supervisors' reports)
  • Provide continuous feedback to direct reports through regular coaching, employee development and annual performance reviews
  • Comprehensive Employee Development Planning to support growth of employees to achieve goals, objectives, enable career development

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
  • Experience providing direction on complex customer engagements, in a matrixed environment
  • Experience delivering and supporting SaaS products is an advantage
  • Team leadership
  • Ability to interact with customers as a point of escalation
  • Experience providing presentations to diverse audiences
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and facilitate in order to improve the productivity of the team
  • Basic understanding of financials
  • Experience in understanding business problems, products, processes and technical challenges and thrive on connecting technology with measurable business value for customers and the internal organization
  • Working knowledge of customer expectations across area of speciality
  • Ability to create and utilize reports and dashboards to manage team performance

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to improve processes and decision-making.
Experience You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+years of relevant experience for specific function being managed
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge of credentialing processes, customer regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards
