The Project Manager functions independently, bearing the primary responsibility for meticulously planning, directing, and executing project activities throughout the entire project life cycle. Entrusted with ensuring the achievement of project objectives and timely completion, the PM autonomously manages multiple medium to large projects of strategic importance. Providing regular project updates to executive leaders, committees, project sponsors, and department heads, this role necessitates a strong ability to balance competing priorities, make well-informed decisions, and communicate crucial information effectively.

Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for complex B2B Onboardings, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure alignment with project goals and customer expectations.

Technical Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of MetaSwtich, Broadsoft/Broadworks, and Ribbon technologies to guide project teams and troubleshoot technical challenges.

Risk Management: Identify and proactively address potential risks and issues, developing contingency plans to mitigate project disruptions.

Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate and manage resources to ensure optimal project outcomes while balancing multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication: Provide clear and concise project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.

Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality assurance standards to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Motivate: Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to gain efficiencies and streamline Alianza and/or client work and processes

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Business Cloud Communications space, with a focus on Onboardings.

In-depth knowledge of MetaSwtich, Broadsoft/Broadworks, and Ribbon technologies.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate and resolve technical challenges.

Familiarity with industry best practices and a commitment to staying updated on emerging trends in cloud communications.
