JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the strategy and forecasting of Port Services and port costs. Partner with global partners, including port agents and other services providers in port, to maximize the value of the company by reducing costs and keeping a consistently high level of service in all destinations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the oversight, in collaboration with Corporate Finance, to ensure Governmental Taxes and Fees (GTFs) are in line with expected final port costs for individual sailings.
- Manage a team in the production of deployment plans and any deployment-related ad hoc analyses, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish stevedoring services for all NCLH vessels. Supervise and/or coordinate stevedoring, baggage porters, line handling activities.
- Partner with Accounting and Destination Finance teams to reconcile Port Incentives Receivables. Confirm accuracy and validity of all data.
- Develop and lead Request For Proposals (RFP's) for port agencies and other port services.
- Establish, monitor and update internal departmental SOPs. Stay current with industry leading practices, implementing and training team as required.
- Lead Port services in preparing annual budgets.
- Analyze financial impact of agreements made by NCLH Port Services with Port Authorities, Terminal Operators and other vendors.
- Lead and collaborate with Port and Destination Finance and AP in order to ensure prepayments are requested and made on time.
- Utilize field expertise to identify areas for potential cost savings. Present opportunities to senior leadership.
- Oversee charter projects with regards to additional labor & equipment.
- Perform other job related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in port services or finance within the cruise industry or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful deployment strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage and handle complex scenarios.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with C-Suite team members.
