Beautiful Upstate NY hospital seeks a full-time hospital- employed Spinal Surgeon to join our busy team of experienced physicians, surgeons and advanced practitioners. Responsibilities include the following:

Hiring Range: $751,448 - $961,832

• Provide comprehensive spine related orthopedic care to patients.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Collaborate and consult with other medical and non-medical personnel.
• Effectively monitor patients progress throughout treatment plan and care and provide continuous improvement on patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on the importance of treatment plans and communicate side effects and risk of medications prescribed.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and orthopedic spinal health.
• Demonstrate effective and detailed documentation skills.
• Conduct routine check-up appointments and maintain follow up throughout patients' care.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication with patients.
• Able to multitask and manage assigned projects and tasks as directed.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
