2+ years of Distribution center leadership recruiting experience
3-5 years of full cycle recruitment experience
NICE TO HAVE:
Open to managers, experience managing recruiters for hourly position preferred
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma professionals and recruitment

Position Overview:
As a Senior Operations Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing 10-15 requisitions simultaneously, focusing on roles such as Plant Managers, Directors of Operations, Process Engineers, and other specialized positions. You will handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and compensation discussions.

As a Senior Operations Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing 10-15 requisitions simultaneously, focusing on roles such as Plant Managers, Directors of Operations, Process Engineers, and other specialized positions. You will handle full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and compensation discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Oversee 10-15 open requisitions for positions requiring expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Toyota Production Systems (TPS).
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Onboarding: Facilitate and manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Compensation Communication: Explain compensation packages, including stock options and bonus structures, to candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract candidates and build pipelines for current and future openings.
- Candidate Sourcing: Conduct extensive searches for passive candidates through research, networking, and databases.
- Documentation: Maintain and update candidate information in iCIMS and other systems, and build pipelines through proactive outreach.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on sourcing tools and technologies, utilizing social media and other platforms to drive candidate engagement.
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Candidate Communication: Manage candidate interactions throughout the hiring process, including interview scheduling and assessments.
- System Management: Update and manage candidate information in applicant tracking systems, and provide regular activity reports.
- Best Practices: Implement and refine best practices in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Recruiting Capacity: Build capacity through networking, direct sourcing, education, and referrals.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates for competency, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
- Effectiveness Tracking: Track recruitment metrics and effectiveness, ensuring recruitment targets and quality standards are met.
- Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and hiring managers on recruitment progress.
- Process Design: Create and implement effective and replicable recruiting and onboarding processes.
- HR Partnership: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruitment and onboarding with organizational needs.
