Salary: $98, 772.00-$111, 742.00- Salary Commensurate with Experience

Position Details
  • Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Programs and Services
  • Provides clinical leadership, guidance and supervision to Mental Health Therapists, Intensive Services Counsellors and may support Autism Services Therapists within a school setting.
  • Is the lead contact for Maltby Centre with the schoolboards, and chairs collaborative
  • Oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborates with community partners to build a responsive services system for our communities' children, youth and families while promoting and supporting the agency's client centered clinical philosophy.
  • Will be working within a classroom setting, supporting the integration of clinical services into the educational environment.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Hold current, unrestricted registration with a regulatory college to perform the controlled act of psychotherapy (e.g. Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work) and deemed competent to perform psychotherapy in accordance with the relevant college's practice guidelines and/or standards.
  • You must have 5 years' experience in a service environment and management experience with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience preferred.
  • Preference will be given to those that have work experience within a management role within a school setting.
  • Assets include experience within a unionized environment, experience in a school day treatment setting, additional education in management or administration of human services.
  • Additional asset includes experience working within a JHSC (Joint Health and Safety Committee)
  • French language proficiency, written and verbal, an asset.
