The VP Talent and Culture is looking for a Director, Employee Experience, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI). With your team, you will play a central role in the development of the strategies, practices and programs under your responsibility (EVP, EDI, flexible work arrangements, organizational culture, etc.), aiming for an experience that stands out for all our North American employees, all in line with iA's business strategy.

Main responsibilities

Equity, diversity and inclusion

  • Actively contribute to the development of the EDI vision and strategy and propose innovative programs in line with best market practices;
  • Implement an action plan in line with EDI strategy and identified objectives;
  • -Set annual targets and optimize performance indicators for equity, diversity and inclusion;
  • In collaboration with your various partners, review and improve our talent and culture practices to make them more equitable and inclusive;
  • Act as a manager of influence with the EDI committee and make recommendations;
  • Monitor North American EDI best practices.

Employee experience and culture:

  • Ensure that our practices and programs bring the iA culture to life throughout the organization;
  • Evolve Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and culture strategies, in line with organizational objectives and challenges, as well as best practices;
  • Ensure the optimization of non-monetary recognition programs (service anniversaries, employee events, hybrid recognition, etc.);
  • Actively participate in senior management committees;
  • Follow-up on major projects, including budget monitoring.

Profile required:

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in equity, diversity and inclusion and culture/organizational development, including at least five years of management experience;
  • Collaborative skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels;
  • Excellent management, coaching and communication skills;
  • Excellent judgment, ability to set strategy and align collaborators to achieve it;
  • Intermediate level of English, as the individual will be required to participate in committees in English with senior management, and to communicate with internal and external partners based throughout Canada and the United States, on a weekly basis.
