Skills and experiences
- Proven track record of selling large-scale consulting engagements.
- Highly organized with strong time management and coordination skills.
- Resilience in dealing with multiple stakeholders across a large region.
- A natural leader defined by knowledge and experience.
- Collaborative and able to navigate multiple cultures and styles.
- Problem-solving mindset with mature interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Experience within the Financial Services industry desired .
- Good understanding of Avanade solutions, Microsoft products, and technology services
About you
- The ideal candidate is an experienced professional, skilled in sales, account, and delivery management, with a:
- Superpower in sales/business growth
- Passion for long-term account/relationship management
- Leadership strengths in delivery management
- Emotionally mature, humble leader
- Master negotiator and relationship builder
- Able to see unique skillset in each team member
- Act as a brick wall between business and team
- Great communicator of priorities and expectations (clear, concise)
- Great at soliciting people's opinions but not afraid to make decisions
What you'll do
- Originate, qualify, negotiate, and close complex deals for all Avanade products and services.
- Drive strategic sales plans to grow the market in specific named accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve sales and revenue impact.
- Engage with clients to identify mid- to long-term needs and develop solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to configure bespoke solutions for clients.
- Negotiate client agreements to meet requirements through a compelling value proposition.
