To help our company move to the next level and enable us to build an even more compelling education experience, we are looking for a Product Designer.

As a Product Designer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to design innovative, user-centric products that align with business goals. You'll be responsible for the entire design process, from concept ideation to final implementation, ensuring our products offer a seamless and delightful user experience.

What you will be doing
  • Collaborate with other designers, product managers, and engineers to define product requirements and create efficient design solutions.
  • Design and improve key features of the Knowledgehook platform, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, redlining, and usability testing.
  • Solution designs to be user-friendly experiences for web, mobile, and other platforms, with responsiveness and accessibility as a priority.
  • Create detailed UI designs, design systems, and components that are scalable and maintainable.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and ensure best practices are applied to the product design process.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system and brand guidelines.

What you need to succeed
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
  • Proven experience designing digital products (web and mobile) with a portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design projects.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, interaction design principles, and best practices in usability and accessibility.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high level of attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus, but not required.
