The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and strategic vision to effectively manage and execute initiatives using Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Note: This position allows fully remote working or being based in Chicago, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dynamic Salesforce team, overseeing the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with the organization's long-term business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and their potential organizational benefits
- Liaise with Salesforce and third-party vendors to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved
- Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to advance Salesforce capabilities and drive innovation
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem and across the organization
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing Salesforce teams in complex, enterprise-level environments
- Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, with the ability to architect and implement scalable solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, integrations, and customization capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing Salesforce teams in complex, enterprise-level environments
- Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, with the ability to architect and implement scalable solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
