Description:
Cancer Specialists of North Florida is recruiting for an experienced Special Projects Manager for our busy Specialty Practice. The Special Projects Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and overseeing special projects from inception to completion. Responsible to coordinate and manage projects, identifies building contractors, monitor progress and works within budget parameters. Projects must meet or exceed project completion dates. Reports progress to the Chief Executive Officer
In addition, the position will be responsible for overseeing the company's compliance program. This will include compliance updates and changes to the compliance program. Develops compliance training programs, conduct and coordinates annual Compliance Training. Investigates compliance violations and reports findings to the Director of Compliance & Chief Operating Officer.

- Manage multiple projects, at times simultaneously, to achieve project goals
- Designs and manages every phase of the project
- Establish deadlines for each phase of construction
- Ability to stay within budget guidelines
- Meet or exceed project completion dates
- Clearly communicates project stages and project challenges that may

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for compliance include the following:
- Maintains updated corporate compliance plan
- Coordinates quarterly compliance committee meetings
- Conducts and coordinates all annual compliance training
- Investigates violations and reports to the Director of Compliance & Chief Operating Officer
- Maintains working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations as they relate to assigned responsibilities
- All other duties as assigned

- Proven experience in project management, including successful project completion
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid
- Ability to communicate both effectively and professionally with employees, patients and physicians
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of practice and/or patient information
Education and Experience:
- 3 plus years of previous construction project management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree or 10 plus years of equivalent experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- CPHC OR CHC OR CPCO certifications. 2 years will be allowed to become certified
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
