MaineHealth Primary Care - Franklin Family Medicine is seeking a per diem BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide care at our office based MaineHealth Primary Care Practice located in Farmington, Maine.
The successful candidate will join our dynamic team including three physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APP) working together with outstanding support staff. Franklin's Family Medicine services include physical exams, women's health exams, sick visits, well-child visits, school and sports physicals and management of chronic health conditions. Blood work and lab services are on site.
MaineHealth Franklin Hospital is a 25-bed, critical access hospital with a 50-member medical staff, with patient volume drawing from a wide geographic region with 40,000 people. Deliveries are performed in a modern hospital birthing unit with a full staff of OB/GYN providers, and the hospital is equipped with the latest ultrasound and multi-detector CT scanners as well as state-of-the-art operative laparoscopy equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- NRP certification required and PALS highly recommended
