Job Description: - Work in a dynamic and supportive psychiatry unit.- Provide patient-centered care within the 600+ bed academic hospital setting.- Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to ensure the highest quality of mental health care.- Maintain clear and accurate patient records using the EPIC electronic medical records system.- Adapt to the needs of the psychiatry unit, with potential floating to other units as required.- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.- Follow dress code and adhere to facility protocols for professional conduct.- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of patient care processes.- Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in patient interactions and record-keeping.- Complete all assigned tasks and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
