We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Desking Sales Manager to oversee our sales department. The Desking Manager will assist all salesman on the sales process along with training and everyday tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales department
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and growth.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled salespeople.
• Maintain compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Prefer proven Sales Manager or similar senior management role in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of the operation of a vehicle sales department both new and used
• Ordering and pricing vehicles when needed
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
