POSITION SUMMARY

This position will oversee multiple restaurants and be responsible for overseeing the restaurants' operations, sales, and people to achieve the mission statement: To Profitably Provide Consistently Good Food and Great Service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Full P&L accountability for company restaurants
  • Supervises corporate restaurant managers
  • Supervises the catering department
  • Supervises the Field Training and Support Specialist
  • Accountable for QSCS audits
  • Prepares preliminary annual budget for company operations, with the assistance of the Director of Operations
  • Represents the operations department in the monthly sales meetings
  • Represents the operations department in all synergy meetings
  • Administers the PIE recognition program
  • Primary responsibility for restaurant manager and assistant manager development/bench strength
  • Determines and staff's appropriate manpower levels at each location
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Things to keep in mind:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), required
  • College Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • 1 to 2 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred
  • Food Handler or Serv Safe permit preferred
  • CPT and First Aid certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to motivate a team, and train and develop support staff
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills
  • Available to spend 60% of the time in stores during revenue periods to coach, train, and develop staff
