The Senior Program Director ("SPD") has administrative responsibility for a RRP facility. The SPD is responsible for direct oversight of program activities including but not limited to program development and enhancement, quality improvement activities, staff management, asset management, budgeting, and ensuring that activities of the programs are both consistent with the strategic plan of the organization and capable of consistently meeting accreditation standards.

Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a social service, or related, field with a Master's Degree and advanced licensure (LISW, LICDC, etc.) preferred. The incumbent will have a minimum of five years related experience with at least three being in a supervisory capacity. One year on criminal justice experience is a requirement.
