We are seeking an individual who is reliable and career-oriented to join our growing company.

As a Validation Engineer specializing in automotive chemicals (coating, painting and chroming), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate the design, functionality, and durability of exterior components, focusing on metal and plastic materials.
  • Develop and implement validation plans for automotive exterior components, ensuring they meet OEM standards and industry regulations.
  • Conduct various tests, including mechanical, chemical, and environmental tests, to assess the performance and reliability of materials and finished products.
  • Interpret OEM test standards and ensure that all validation activities comply with these requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to understand and influence the design for manufacturability, particularly for metal and plastic components.
  • Utilize and maintain test equipment, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Analyze test results, prepare validation reports, and make recommendations for product improvements and issue resolution.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure material specifications and manufacturing processes meet required standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in test standards to continually improve validation processes.
  • Support customer audit on surface treatment production line


To qualify for this role you must meet the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 + years proven experience as a Validation Engineer in the automotive industry, focusing on chemical components.
  • Experience in anodizing, chroming, or painting process is highly desire
  • Strong familiarity with OEM test standards and typical manufacturing processes for metal or plastic materials.
