GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Analyst Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our company's financial planning and analysis efforts. You will work closely with the finance team, executive leadership and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations, enabling data based decision-making and contributing to business growth. This hybrid / remote position is based in the City of Industry and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Essential job functions and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Financial Planning & Reporting:
- Lead and manage all financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and reporting activities, acting as the Financial Business Partner for the company.
- Build and develop the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department to support current and future reporting and analytical needs.
- Consolidate monthly trial balances and prepare comprehensive financial reports and analytics for Management and Board presentations.
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, sales projections, and long-range financial plans.
Data Analysis & Dashboards:
- Manage Power BI programmer and analysts to enhance Power BI dashboards.
- Consolidate, analyze, and provide various reports and dashboard summaries using financial data from multiple sources, focusing on KPIs, trends, and opportunities.
- Assist with data warehouse management and transformation using Power BI and Microsoft Azure to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
Strategic Collaboration & Insights:
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand business initiatives and provide financial support for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing and refining financial models to evaluate business performance and identify value creation opportunities.
- Participate in potential acquisitions by analyzing financial synergies and providing insights.
Special Projects:
- Undertake special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed to support the CFO and other senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience as a financial analyst in a mid-size manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building and optimizing financial processes and systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving, data collation, and statistical analysis.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Index Match, and other advanced formulas.
- Expertise in financial reporting and dashboarding using Power BI, along with knowledge of data warehouse structures (ie, Azure).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP systems and how they integrate with financial processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.

The appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position are achievable through the following combination of education, work experience and training:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
- Skills and Training: Strong background in FP&A, financial modeling, and data analysis, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
