Real Estate Attorney
Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Fayetteville, GA
Our Regional Real Estate firm is seeking an attorney to handle real estate closings for our Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Fayetteville marketThe ideal candidate will be skilled at customer service, familiar with closing ceremonies, and knowledgeable in the closing process for GeorgiaHowever, training will be available for inexperienced, standout candidates. Support will be provided by a knowledgeable and driven team out of our headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This position will be based out of our Fayetteville, GA office.
Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to; examining title searches, reviewing recorded documents, trusts, estates, and corporate documents, performing closing ceremonies, assisting paralegals, and providing overall support to the team. Customer service and attention to detail are a must. Prior experience in real estate is preferred.
*Applicant must be an actively licensed attorney in good standing with the Georgia Bar. A South Carolina or Tennessee license in addition to a Georgia license is preferred.

Requirements:
- Work Location: Current office is located in McDonough, however there will be required travel to other offices and model homes for closings. Some work from home may be approved depending on closing calendar.
