Job Summary:
The EODTEU ONE Condition Code H Ordnance Manager is responsible for managing the procurement, shipments, inventories, and expenditures of Condition Code H ordnance that is utilized for training by all EODGRU ONE Ech V commands.

Qualifications:
Possess and maintain SECRET security clearance. Receive and maintain SIPR token. Receive and maintain NIPR/SIPR JEOD Portal account for ordnance research (AEODPS). Receive and maintain Naval Ordnance Safety and Security Activity (NOSSA) online account. Have working knowledge of the following instructions:
Up to 25% of working hours may require travel to offsite locations including ordnance depots, weapons stations, and ordnance magazines.

Job Summary:
The EODTEU ONE Condition Code H Ordnance Manager is responsible for managing the procurement, shipments, inventories, and expenditures of Condition Code H ordnance that is utilized for training by all EODGRU ONE Ech V commands.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop quarterly Condition Code H ordnance request list with EOD Training Team AA&E representatives and submit to NAVSUP Ammunition Logistics Center (NALC) Designated Disposition Authority (DDA) & Navy Munitions DEMIL Engineer program office.
- Coordinate shipments of approved Condition Code H ordnance request with EODTEU-1 N4 Dept. and NALC DDA programs office to P54 account at Hawthorne Army Weapons Depot (HAWD), NV.
- Coordinate Condition Code H ordnance transfers from HAWD to NAWCWD China Lake EODONE account through Joint Munitions Command (JMC).
- Maintain updated Condition Code H ordnance inventory at both HAWD and NAWCWD China Lake magazines.
- Coordinate with NALC ordnance program Logistics Management Specialists (LMS) for specific ordnance and ancillary items (fuze adapters, lifting lugs...) outside of quarterly requests.
- Coordinate with EODTEU-1 Det. China Lake AA&E representative and EODMU AA&E representatives for Condition Code H ordnance requests and approvals.
- Track and document Condition Code H ordnance expenditures with EODTEU-1 AA&E representatives.
- Coordinate procurement of foreign ordnance through official U.S. Government agencies and ordnance depots.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge:
- Detailed knowledge of all five Navy EOD mission areas (Surface/IED, Nuclear/Radiological Ordnance, Chemical/Biological/Homemade Explosives, Mine Countermeasures, and Underwater Ordnance).
- Detailed knowledge of ordnance safety, procurement, storage, and transportation requirements.
- Skills:
- Drafting, editing, and submitting proper documentation in support of training and exercise objectives.
- Interface with all levels of Command.
- Excellent communication, written, and oral skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in the use of EOD tools and equipment.
- Special Requirements:
- Graduate of Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD) or an equivalent EOD school.
