Job Summary: The Director of Employment and Labor Relations oversee the policies, procedures and programs of labor relations and recruitment. This position serves as the HR business partner for employee and labor relations issues in addition to leading and managing the recruitment team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field. MBA a plus. Related HR certification preferred.
2. Ten years of solid employee and/or labor relations, experience required. Additional experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
3. 3 years of management experience required.
4. Solid knowledge of Microsoft office products and experience with HR Information Systems required.
