We are looking for a highly skilled PLG Operations Manager to coordinate the transition and management of email communications and sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing, sales operations, and data analysis.

In This Role You Will:
- Coordinate and Oversee Email Hand-offs:
- Manage the transfer of usage stimulation and purchasing emails from our proprietary internal system (Crystal Ball) to Iterable.
- Oversee the hand-off of automated, action-based emails from Crystal Ball to Iterable/Atlas.
- Email Cadence Management:
- Oversee email schedules for Mystery Writing and Mystery Science teachers, admins, Mystery Packs, and all subgroups to minimize overlap.
- Ensure all emails for Mystery Science, Mystery Writing, Mystery Packs, and future products are sent to the right recipients at the right time.
- Insight and Coordination:
- Provide insights to engineering, design, and other teams for converting email processes from Crystal Ball to new systems, aiming for parity plus improvements.
- Drive the implementation of standardized sales practices and performance management tools in Crystal Ball/Salesforce.
- Sales Email Forecasting and Planning:
- Lead sales email forecasting, planning, and processes within the organization.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the organization.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to drive increasing sales productivity.
- Support the sales leadership team with annual planning and monthly forecasting processes.
- Understanding Key Metrics:
- Analyze key metrics, including external data, year-over-year performance, and run rates, in relation to overall company goals using a bottom-up approach.
Day-to-Day
- Email Management:
- Coordinate and manage the transition of email communications to new platforms.
- Oversee email schedules to ensure efficient and effective communication.
- Sales Operations:
- Implement and monitor standardized sales practices.
- Lead forecasting and planning processes to support sales goals.
- Performance and Reporting:
- Develop and report on key performance metrics.
- Assist in planning and forecasting to drive sales productivity.
- sales leadership team with annual planning and monthly forecasting processes.
- Understanding Key Metrics:
- Analyze key metrics, including external data, year-over-year performance, and run rates, in relation to overall company goals using a bottom-up approach.
Core Competencies for Success:
- You have experience in email marketing and sales operations, ideally within an educational or digital content company.
- You have a strong understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and planning.
- You are adept at managing email cadences and ensuring targeted, timely communications.
- You are proficient in using sales tools with the ability to implement standardized practices.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
