The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) is seeking a BC/BE gynecologic oncologist to join the Division of Gynecologic Oncology and a growing Cancer Center. The ideal candidate must demonstrate clinical expertise in advanced surgical interventions and competency in prescribing chemotherapy. Academic rank and track will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The Cancer Center's vision of "Community to Bench" is supported by robust basic science, translational, and clinical research with interdisciplinary collaborative opportunities across the campus. The Cancer Center is an active member of NRG, and the Department of OB/GYN hosts a BIRCWH-mentored research program.

Candidates must have an MD degree or equivalent, be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Illinois, and be board certified/board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology

- Clinical expertise in advanced surgical interventions and competency in prescribing chemotherapy
- Teaching, supervise, and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
- Serve on committees as nominated by Department leadership
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
