The Day-to-Day
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs to support manufacturing, engineering, R&D, field operations, and maintenance activities;
- Lead the centralization of quality processes across all regions and divisions, ensuring consistency and standardization;
- Establish and enforce global quality standards and best practices throughout the organization;
- Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives;
- Coach quality assurance roles and other staff on quality principles and best practices;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external quality audits;
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and addressing quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks;
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure their quality systems align with our standards;
- Drive a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting awareness and adherence to quality policies and procedures.
The Skills We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role;
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory requirements;
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.;
- Experience in centralizing quality processes across multiple regions and divisions;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a focus on driving results;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization;
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other quality-related certifications is highly desirable;
- Experiences in Welding, Paint, Assembly, Chemical blending, Field operations.
