YOUR ROLE
As the Process Automation Analyst, you will be required to analyze existing Customs business processes in order to plan, design, and develop Customs business automation solutions for our internal and external business partners. You will also be involved in daily business application and system integration support. You will report to the Head of Customs Process & Systems.

YOUR ROLE
As the Process Automation Analyst, you will be required to analyze existing Customs business processes in order to plan, design, and develop Customs business automation solutions for our internal and external business partners. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Customs business process reviews
- Define and document individual Customs business process tasks
- Analyze and identify candidates for automation
- Design and develop automation scripts
- Document and test the automation process
- Coordinate implementation and deployment activities
- Support internal/external business system integrations
- Organize and align all internal/external stakeholders, clearly defining expectations and establishing a protocol for regular updates
- Establish and maintain metrics for productivity/performance improvement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field
- 2+ years EDI experience
- 2+ years UI Path/other RPA application experience
- 2+ years Technical specification and mapping experience
- 2+ years Project management experience
- Strong technical skillset - standard query capability (SQL/Python), Microsoft Suite, JIRA.
