Overview
The Clinical Solutions Project Coordinator at PAM Health will be responsible for overseeing various IT projects related to clinical solutions, including interface integration and third-party vendor systems. The role requires a solid understanding of enterprise healthcare clinical application systems and involves developing business requirements, coordinating change management, creating and maintaining documentation, and providing training to clinical staff. The coordinator will support EHR implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring seamless communication between clinicians, the service desk, and vendors. Extensive travel and on-call support may be required.

- Project Coordination for assigned clinical solutions IT projects; including interface
integration, ancillary and 3rd party vendor systems
- Has a understanding of enterprise healthcare clinical application systems
- Develops Business Requirements Specification & Process Flow documents for new
requests
- Coordinates Change Management utilizing a systematic approach, analysis, and standard
processes
- Creates software functional and integrated test scripts; tracking and regression testing
for system updates
- Develops team standard templates to promote standardized documentation
- Formulates PowerPoint presentations, user guides, and job aides for clinical business
users and team training
- Backfill resource for Senior Director, and team members when out of the office for
PTO, sick, and other out of the office events
- Responsible for training of physicians, nurses, therapists, and other staff members on
clinical EHR applications at outpatient clinics and inpatient hospitals nation-wide.
- Responsible for Go Live support of EHR applications during the Go Live period, as well
as post Go Live period.
- Performs changes to clinical EHR templates/forms (e.g., such as evaluations, daily
notes) as requested and approved by the Corporate VP Clinical Solutions and other
corporate clinical leaders.
- Review of clinical workflow documentation for inpatient hospitals and outpatient clinics
for Rehabilitation (IRF), Specialty (LTAC) and Behavioral Health patients.
- Provide field-based small team/project leadership.
- Configuration, set-up and maintenance of EHR clinical modules for outpatient clinics
and inpatient hospitals.
- Supports communication, workflow documentation, issue reporting between clinicians,
PAM servicedesk, EHR vendor and other related support departments
- Analysis and problem resolution of clinical computer applications and other computer
systems as required - Application include but are not limited to:
- Patient Care Documentation
- Order Entry
- Other Clinical Applications as required such as TigerConnect
- Problem solving and resolution of ServiceNow issues reported to the PAM Service Desk
that are related to Behavioral Health clinical applications.
- Take direction from the Senior Director of Clinical Solutions
- Collaborate with Clinical Solutions team, representatives from the hospitals, WellSky
and other vendors servicedesks.
- On call support as needed
Qualifications
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
- EHR Implementation and support experience REQUIRED.
- Experience with training and support for healthcare providers
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and highly accurate work are essential
- Able to work on multiple projects involving multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrates the ability to plan and organize; and set priorities
- Experience with EHR Behavioral Health documentation and maintenance of EHR forms
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and highly accurate work are essential
- Able to travel extensively nationwide using publicly available air and ground
transportation
