Job Overview

The ITCX Product Engineer will research, prepare, and configure quotable database elements within Marvin Quote and Order Management (QOM) applications. The right candidate will use their detail-oriented, conscientious, and creative skills to ensure QOM applications meet the needs of the organization. This individual will meet the timelines assigned, resolve assigned work items, and work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

Highlights of your role
Collaborate with Product Architect, management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications.
Translate product manufacturing specifications into quotable database elements to support an accurate quoting and ordering experience for our customers.
Work closely with Quality Assurance, QOM Developers, and other systems groups to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
Design flow charts and other documentation to aid in the development of new product entry.
Thoroughly test and deploy new database elements.
Develop technical documentation to guide future projects.
Develop test cases to aid the Quality Assurance team.
Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing QOM software.
Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing QOM software.
Adhere to schedules and deadlines.

Also want to make sure you have
2 Year Computer Science Degree or Equivalent Experience
2+ Years Engineering, IT or Related Logical Problem-Solving Discipline
2+ Years of Experience with Marvin Manufacturing is a significant plus
Strong Analytical or Process Oriented Background and Experience is preferred
