General Description

The Sr. Financial Analyst will play a critical role for Cirba Solutions. This role will act as a Finance strategic business partner to the Operations organization. Responsibilities include leading month end close analysis of all plants, budgeting and forecasting, and refining and reporting chemistry level profitability and unit economics. This individual will have the opportunity to deliver impactful results and shape the future of our expanding growth strategy while partnering with key stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with cross-department teams and business groups, such as Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain/Logistics to ensure complete and accurate understanding of financial results and outlook.
  • Partner with Operations in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasts.
  • Support month-end close process and reporting for the Operations organization, including variance analysis and KPI's.
  • Develop chemistry-level profitability and unit economics reporting.
  • Work to identify key risks and opportunities to AOP and/or forecasts; Collaborate with business partners to close any gaps that may arise throughout the year.

  • Provide proactive / unsolicited consultation, interpretation, and education of financial and operational matters

  • Special projects as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as experience resolving complex problems with well-structured analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience working with Microsoft D365 is a plus
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator at all levels of an organization (sales, operations, finance, customers etc.)
  • Self-starter, motivated to learn, proactively brings ideas and able to take initiative
  • Able to handle multiple requests simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment

Education and Training Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance or similar field
  • Master's degree a plus
  • Ability to see big picture and able to deploy strategy.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with an adaptable, flexible, creative mindset.
  • Highly effective communicator.
