About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ER-RN Clinical II to join our team at Orange County Global Medical Center. As an ER-RN Clinical II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary focus will be on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed medical records, administering medications, and performing diagnostic tests as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted California RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN or MSN degree
- TNCC and ENPC certifications
