National Strategy Performance Manager
The National Strategy Performance Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of all level strategies and compensation related to the division. This position is responsible for making recommendations on priorities that meet the business unit strategy, provide management oversight to complex initiatives and ensure compensation plans are appropriately aligned. Position is responsible for supporting the National Director of Sales Strategy and coordinating with National Sales Enablement and National Sales Reporting ensuring alignment across the organization supporting the business unit.

- 8 years of experience in Financial Services
- 5 years of experience in Wealth Management/Commercial Bank
- 5 years of experence in MS Excel, Access, Word, Internet/web
Job Description
National Strategy Performance Manager
The National Strategy Performance Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of all level strategies and compensation related to the division. Position is responsible for supporting the National Director of Sales Strategy and coordinating with National Sales Enablement and National Sales Reporting ensuring alignment across the organization supporting the business unit.
Position Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point person with internal partners and outside consultants on key business unit strategic projects.
- Support National Director Sales Strategy on key projects and initatives.
- Partners with business unit leaders to understand future strategy; Work directly with members of the division to drive revenue production, portfolio diversification and client retention.
- Serve as primary coordinator of Incentive plans for multiple plans across the business unit.
- Responsibilities include coordination with Executive plan sponsors to ensure needs of the division are met in structuring incentive plans while balancing the Company's overall strategic goals.
- Facilitate the allocation process for the RM Incentive Plan. Additionally, responsible for reviewing and coordinating approval for exceptions, striving for consistency in practice in accordance with the plans.
