We are currently looking to hire a Program Manager, Investigations and Security Operations to join our Corporate team in San Francisco! This position allows for remote work arrangements preferably from San Francisco, California, or Seattle, Washington.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Program Manager, Investigations and Security Operations is responsible for leading the Investigative business line and supporting security operations. This includes collaborating with our security partners and overseeing investigations, mitigation strategies, security products, and daily workflows on the Security Operations team. This position will also be responsible for outward-facing client engagement, relationship management, business development, proposal writing, and supporting other strategic priorities within the company. The Program Manager, Investigations, and Security Operations serves as a leadership partner tasked with supporting decision-making about operations and strategic priorities related to the company goals and business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute business line strategies as defined by the Director, Security Operations, and Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordinate with partners, internal staff, and contractors to coordinate and oversee due diligence and corporate investigations
  • Provide in-person management and oversight for large-scale investigations and security operations
  • Advise the Director of Security Operation on resource needs, opportunities, and risks to the business line
  • Coordinates client-facing engagements, proposals, and service delivery
  • Find, vet, and train local security resources that can deliver security services while meeting concentric requirements
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Security Operations business line and team
  • Validate operations and pricing strategies on client services
  • Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication regarding client needs, requests for support, service issues, and results
  • Ensure client deliverables are met across the full suite of security services
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding identified risks to personnel, property, or reputation
  • Provide direct billable security services and consulting as requested to clients globally
  • Develop relationships with businesses and high net-worth family offices with the goal of building the Concentric portfolio
  • Oversee quality control and training as needed for Concentric embedded and contract security assets

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • This role involves some physical demands including long-distance flights, site surveys on foot, and overnight surveillance in cars and on foot.
  • Require the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; talk; hear; use hands/manual dexterity, and fingers to handle or touch/sense, and reach and stretch with hands and arms.
  • Will have extended periods of sitting, standing, and driving as well as exposure to sun, dust, loud noises, varying temperatures, and other environmental conditions.
  • Ability to see in daytime and nighttime with 20/20 corrected vision including close vision, distance vision, night vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in inclement weather environments for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to run or jog short distances.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 10 + years of experience in the security operations, law enforcement, military and/or intelligence community
  • 10+ years conducting investigations in law enforcement or corporate entity
  • Experience working with management operations/fusion centers
  • Experience working with intelligence and security teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent people and project management skills
  • Confirmed ability to transfer knowledge and inspire a growth mindset
  • This position requires up to 25% travel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • The successful candidate will reside in the Seattle or San Francisco area
  • Experience working in overseas environments
  • Experience supporting private, corporate, or governmental clients
  • Previous leadership position(s) within a corporate security environment
  • Demonstrated record of success in controlling costs, increasing efficiencies, and identifying opportunities for improvement

$150,000-$190,000 USD

San Francisco, California Pay Range

$150,000-$190,000 USD
