Program Analyst / Workflow Manager
We are seeking a Program Analyst (Workflow Manager) with senior level front office experience to join our team in the Alexandria, VA (Mark Center) in support of Office of the Undersecretary for Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) Mission Capabilities - Mission Integration. In this role, you will employ your communication skills between multiple senior leadership staffs, provide internal leadership across multiple teams, and collaborate to deliver a final product that is befitting a Senior Executive Service (SES).
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

In this role, you will employ your communication skills between multiple senior leadership staffs, provide internal leadership across multiple teams, and collaborate to deliver a final product that is befitting a Senior Executive Service (SES).
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Perform administrative actions to review, disseminate, control, and track tasks/ actions through electronic means.
- Have experience with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or other tracking tools (e.g. Microsoft Planner), reviewing staff packages for completeness, issues and maintaining configuration control.
- Have experience in developing and conducting records management plans and activities for Mission Integration.
- Directly support an SES Tier 2 in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) Mission Capabilities - Mission Integration.
- 10+ years of related professional experience.
- Use strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in a team environment; present and explain technical information to colleagues, management, or sponsors.
- Experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary project team that may include engineers, scientists, designers, and technicians.
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Have experience with Microsoft products including Office and SharePoint.
- Background in technical editing or professional writing within the Dept. of Defense.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Active TS/SCI eligibility.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
