HPC - Software Integration Engineer - Atlassian, Scripting, Troubleshoot

Description
The Software Integration Engineer shall be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
Tools and Services in support of the Atlassian's suite of products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo,
etc.) collectively known as SUBURBANDEVELOPMENT. The Software Integration Engineer shall
work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, system administrators, project
managers, and mission customers to deliver seamless integration solutions that enhance productivity and
streamline workflows.

Requirements
A current Top-Secret/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment.
OR
The individual shall have five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience.
OR
An industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TT0s, may substitute as one (1) year experience. A Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years' experience.

Required skills:

• Experience using the Linux CLI
• Experience writing scripts to automate tasks using Bash/Python/Groovy
• Experience configuring and customizing the Atlassian suite of products to meet the specific needs of users and organizations
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Atlassian integration issues, performance bottlenecks, or compatibility issues
• Experience testing Atlassian integrations thoroughly to validate functionality, performance, and reliability under various conditions
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand Atlassian integration requirements and mission needs

Desired skills:

• Familiar with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Linux environment
• Experience with interacting/training external mission customers
