Payrate: 100K-150K DEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to successful completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed to stay on track.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
