Description:
We are seeking a highly intelligent Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our management services healthcare organization. This role is directly under the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will work with one other Senior Financial Analyst. This role offers an opportunity for growth to become the future FP&A Director. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to identify accounting and finance gaps in processes and improve financial reporting

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Identify trends, variances, and anomalies in financial data to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Develop and maintain complex financial models in Excel
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and other financial software to support analysis and reporting
- Evaluate current accounting and finance processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency

- Work independently to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
- Keep the CFO informed of financial status, issues, and progress on key initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, P&L management, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling
- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement effective solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
- High level of grit and tenacity, with a willingness to take on challenges and find the right answers
- Not afraid to be wrong but committed to finding and implementing the correct solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA, or other relevant certifications
- Experience working in a company with $100 million in revenue or similar scale
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems
- Healthcare Revenue Experience
