Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue by securing new business with both existing and new McCue customers.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts.
- Conduct successful customer meetings to introduce new products, review current offerings, and address business needs.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and maintain accurate forecasts for operational planning.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target growth within your territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify new prospects through various channels including industry directories, trade shows, and referrals.
- Expand McCue's influence into sectors such as architects, system integrators, retailers, and general contractors by educating them on crash test security solutions.
Key Activities:
- Develop customer profiles and identify key decision-makers within organizations.
- Effectively promote McCue's core values, products, and value proposition.
- Monitor market and business trends to identify additional selling opportunities.
- Utilize Hubspot to manage daily activity, track success, and create quotations.
- Actively leverage marketing tools, social media, and the website to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships.
- Ability to negotiate long-term agreements with end users.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop customer-centric approaches.
- Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Proficient in managing sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the overall success of the team.
