Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Medical-Surgical Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: EPIC experience required Must-Have: - EPIC experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in a 600+ bed academic hospital with passing competency testing score - 2 years of experience with no testing required - Competency test completion within 48 hours of submission Job Description: - Provide high-quality care and support to patients in a medical-surgical unit - Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care - Complete required competency tests on time - Adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a large academic hospital - Contribute to the unit's efforts in maintaining high standards of care - Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities - Comply with hospital policies and protocols regarding patient care and safety - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
