Position Summary:
Responsible for the origination and relationship management of a sound and growing Indirect Lending Program that will provide maximum profitability to the bank with in risk tolerance established by loan policy. This high contact position requires the ability to initiate and develop prospective and current client relationships through a proactive and professional sales approach.
Primary Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains a strong portfolio of dealer relationships within the NWB and affiliate markets. Understands market competition, industry trends and regulations, and vitality of the dealer portfolio. Implements and coordinates systems and software needed for success of the Indirect Lending Program. This includes working with external vendors and internal departments (IT). Maintains a heightened awareness of opportunities to grow the business by identifying specific sales and account management strategies for each dealer with intent to increase loan volume and market share. Identifies strategic initiatives that align with Northwest Bank objectives for loan growth, income, and expansion of the indirect lending program in the Auto, Motorcycle, and Recreational Vehicle Industries. Manages the quality of credit underwriting of the Indirect Lending Program to meet the established and expected credit risk philosophy of Northwest Bank. Directs the Indirect Lending Team to ensure daily operations are timely, accurate, and compliant. Actively identifies and mitigates regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks. Handles escalated issues related to complex loan decisions. Completes continual assessment of lending process and delivery system to identify process improvements. Develops a competent, high performing Team through leadership, training, and timely evaluation. Designs and generates reporting that is provided to Leadership in a consistent, accurate, and timely fashion to analyze results and identify activity warranting special attention within the Indirect Lending Program. Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new prospects and expand existing relationships to enhance the customer experience and identify successful cross sale opportunities throughout Northwest Bank. Shares an on-call rotation with the Indirect Loan Officer. Manages the collection process up to and including repossession and disposal of repossessions. Assists customers with making payments, insurance quotes, and payoff amounts. Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering to assist management in monitoring for suspicious activity, money laundering, or other illegal customer activity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business of Finance related field. Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training in Indirect Lending; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess valid driver's license, reliable transportation and adequate auto insurance.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets and fax machines. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. - Maintain or increase average yield margin of 2% over than the 5 year Treasury
- Asset Quality - Meet or exceed Peer Group Comparison (UBPR) for delinquency
