Key Responsibilities

  • Perform the implementation of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) for the FCCM suite, focusing on Enterprise Case Management (ECM) and Customer Risk Rating (CRR)
  • Manage data movement from the FCCM base data (BD) to ECM, ensuring proper correlation and running batches using OFSAA Risk and Regulatory Framework (RRF).
  • Configure and customize ECM, including security attributes, to meet business requirements and facilitate integration with third-party applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot batch processing jobs within the FCCM environment, ensuring the timely processing of data for risk and compliance assessments.
  • Work on optimizing the performance of the FCCM suite by fine-tuning ECM correlation rules and enhancing system performance.


Required Skills

  • Should have minimum 7 - 9 years of total experience of which the resource should have worked on OFSAA project for minimum 4 years
  • Working Knowledge in FCCM suite of product specializing on Enterprise case management and CRR with version 8.0.6 and above.
  • Hands on experience in ECM/AML Installation.
  • Working knowledge in Data Movement from FCCM BD to ECM.
  • Hands on Experience in ECM Correlation.
  • Hands on experience in running batch through OFSAA RRF.
  • Familiar in ECM Security Attributes and configuration.
  • Understanding of ECM Integration with Third Party Applications Understanding of ECM PMF tool
