Ottawa, ON (Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.)

Exp: 1 to 10+ Years experience
This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Responsible for implementing one or more of the following Fieldglass Modules: Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Assignment Management

Security Clearance:
- Security Clearance (Enhanced Reliability Status) from Government of Canada or the candidate should be a resident of Canada for 5 continuous years
Responsible for implementing one or more of the following Fieldglass Modules: Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Assignment Management
- Responsible for team meetings and status reporting
- Responsible for risk and issue resolution management
- Responsible for providing information to determine future state business process, configurations, etc.
- Coordinates activities across vendors and Project delivery team for functional and technical solution delivery.
- Ability to lead business process design workshops/discussions.
- Ensure readiness for test (PT, SIT, and UAT)
- Review and facilitate sign off on deployment readiness.
- Manage defect and Change Request escalations.
- Manage final Go/No-Go Decision for each phase delivery Proficient level of experience and knowledge of at least of one of the modules of SAP Fieldglass modules.
- Must have prior SAP Fieldglass implementation experience.
- Business Consultant professionals to analyze, design and/or develop best practice and business changes through technology solutions.
- Good understanding of SAP Fieldglass integration with SAP Ariba and SAP ERP Financial modules and process
- Participate in business development and proposal responses.
- Has Reliability Clearance in Canada or is eligible to receive a Reliability Clearance in Canada
- Must have strong client facing skills.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Service Procure to Pay processes.
- Experience with SAP Ariba application and solution.
- Strong industry knowledge (Public Sector)
- Must be able to discuss leading industry processes/practices with clients.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong functional, technical and integration skills.
- Prior consulting experience in process design, SAP Fieldglass advisory and implementation.
