Accounting Operations Manager

HF Foods Group Inc. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

The Accounting Operations Manager will oversee the Accounting Department's daily operations. This position will be involved in overseeing all accounts receivable and accounts payable duties including ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assign and audit the work of the accounting staff to develop, implement and/or maintain one or a combination of generally accepted accounting systems
• Oversee basic accounting procedures (A/R, A/P, time billing, P/R, G/L, tax payments and inventory control)
• Monitor and review all records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transitions
• Serve as company liaison with auditors (annual financial and 401K audits)
• Perform all basic accounting procedures, financial statement preparation, month end closing, journal entries and general ledger maintenance, inventory roll forwards, and fixed assets and margin analysis; prepare supporting schedules for financial statements preparation
• Review, analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts and investment transactions in conjunction with preparing quarterly reports for management
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal government requirements
• Perform analysis of operations on a monthly basis
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge of organizational and industrial accounting standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced knowledge in accounting applications and reconciliation of accounts.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Excellent in communication and coordination.
• Strong leadership skills, high energy, initiative and creativity.
• Level of proficiency in PC spreadsheets (PIVOT TABLES)
• Some knowledge of business and tax law.
• Must be multi-faceted and have ability to concentrate on a number of priorities at once.
• Mandarin speaking is preferred but not required.

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance.
• 7+ years of accounting management experience preferred.

Salary Range:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00
